We just spent 4 nights in Cap San Blas and had such a great experience. We traveled with a big group, six kids ranging from 7 to 22 plus two dogs, and the house handled it effortlessly. Everyone had plenty of space, and there were more bathrooms than we even needed, which made a huge difference with a group our size.
The home itself was beautifully decorated and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made meals easy, especially with a large family.
One of our favorite features was the fenced pool area. It allowed our dogs to be outside with us without any stress, which is not always easy to find in rentals. The kids loved the bunk room, and there was no shortage of things to do. There were games, cards, puzzles, Roku with video games, and ping pong. It honestly saved us on a rainy day.

Another great stay at Dan’s place! We love The Sparrow’s Nest for family gatherings. It’s perfect! The beach is absolutely beautiful. The pool is lovely and well-maintained. The place is spotless. The floor plan is super…. Lots of room to be with family and lots of places to find a little quiet and peace. We sure do hope to be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! You can see the water from both porches and can also hear it!!! Great neighborhood. Quiet! And oh my... the pool is fabulous. Warm and toasty. The outside area is so inviting! So many amenities! You will not go wrong with this place!!! Our kids and grandkids loved it as well! Thanks Dan!!!

I recently stayed at Dan’s Place and had a fantastic time! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The place itself was great — clean, well-appointed, and just steps from the beach, which made mornings and sunsets super easy to enjoy. One of the highlights was visiting The Big Chill: such a cool atmosphere for a drink or dinner, with good vibes and a great menu. All in all, highly recommend Dan’s Place if you’re looking for a relaxing stay, beach access, and a great host.

We arrived earlier and Dan was so nice to let us check in early. He is an excellent host and responsive to all my queries and needs. The house is well cleaned and organized. The pool is big enough. The kitchen is on the second floor and we loved to stay at 2nd floor balcony to see people biking, walking and relax.
The beautiful beach is walking distance and its is child friendly! It’s not crowded. We had fun and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time; this was the easiest beach trip ever. The home has extra perfect touches like the ice machine and beverage fridge on the ground level. The home is beautiful decorated with plenty of space for families. The outdoor space is a dream and all the pool and beach items on property are beyond helpful. This place was amazing for our group of 15 & a dog. Four generations from 4 - 78 and not 1 complaint. This place is perfect. We saw dolphins, deer, lizards, bear evidence, fish, crabs & thousands of shells. We cooked, connected, made sandcastles & Smores by campfire on the beach. Thanks to the well stocked house we had plenty of time to make memories and didn't have to chase beach & pool supplies. The layout was amazing, everyone had privacy & we all ate together. 10/10 would take the bunch here again. The beach & pool were a perfect combination for all from 4 - 78 years old. I hate to write this because I want it always available for us.....This is a hidden gem for sure.

Sparrows Nest was a lovely home with great spaces for our family of four couples. The furnishings were very nice, especially the comfortable bedding. The beach access was easy and the pool a great addition.
The provided chairs and beach equipment was more than anticipated. The only items we found lacking were serving size bowls in the kitchen.
All in all, we were extremely pleased and our host made planning to very smoothly, even checking in us upon arrival. TY!
